"Elisha came to us from a friend’s recommendation. We had used a friend as a realtor before and decided against that option this time around. We were extremely pleased with Elisha and she exceeded our expectations. Elisha is very professional, her pictures of our home are amazing and she looked out for our best interest at all times. She is very knowledgeable and knows the real estate world really well. She helped us navigate some tricky paper work and requests and because of her we were able to save serious money. Would recommend her to anyone and have already used her again on investment property."

"Elisha is very experienced, able to answer all questions and concerns. Christian values which was very important to me when doing business. She assisted me in buying a home and selling my home. Everything was submitted in a very timely manner."

"Elisha is extremely professional, and she was always on top of paperwork or any other necessary details. Although almost all of the paperwork is online, when it came to crunch time, she came to the table with the final documents that was needed to close. She also went “the extra mile” for us. We highly recommend to anyone selling a house to give her a call."

"SHE WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL ,VERY HELPFUL AND SO CLASSY.SHE LISTED THE HOUSE ON JUNE 1ST HAD 4 SHOWING THAT DAY AND 8 SHOWING THE NEXT DAY AND THE HOUSE GOT SOLD."

"Elisha did a great job as seller agent for a house we recently sold. Initially she spent considerable time taking photographs and put together an impressive MLS listing. She then provided constructive suggestions for things we could do to make the house more attractive. She gave quick feedback from potential buyers/agents that was useful in determining a fair an equitable selling price. During the entire process she answered her phone every time I called (no voicemail), and answered every email and text within minutes. That was extremely valuable to me and helped move things along efficiently. As a result the home sold in a little over a month. Although there were a few snafus in the closing process, Elisha interceded and worked them out so that both we and the buyer could navigate the closing processing smoothly and seemliness. I highly recommend Elisha for anyone selling a property."

"Elisha brought years of experience to the table and helped us navigate the world of selling our first home. She did the photography herself and did a wonderful job with it. She was with us every step of the way answering our many questions and giving sound solid and honest advice. We would recommend her to anyone needing to sell a home. She was wonderful."

"She is the most professional Realtor I’ve ever used, very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I’ve bought and sold 12 houses in past 35 years, she’s the best."

"Elisha helped me list my home at a price that generated a lot of interest and sold very quickly well above asking price. She followed through with a spreadsheet of offers to help me pick the best offer for our situation. Elisha was there to facilitate communication between us and the buyers so the whole process went very smoothly. Elisha also photographed my house for the marketing adds online and they were spectacular. The photos were so accurate that when buyers showed up what they saw online was the same in person."
